Punctuality: Arrive on time or early. If you are late, your
treatment time will need to be shortened since the treatment room (and
therapist) is generally booked after your session. After a treatment, it's
customary to vacate the room within five or ten minutes. However, you are free
to spend additional time unwinding in the day spa's relaxation or waiting
rooms.
Arrival: If this is your first day spa visit, let the
receptionist know when you arrive. They are very accustomed to first-time
guests and usually provide a more detailed reception. Some spas ask you to
complete a questionnaire on your first visit to provide them with medical and
contact information. This is another reason to arrive early.
Cell Phones: Because the day spa environment is supposed to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, it's best to leave cell phones and pagers at home or turn them off before entering the day spa.
Cancellation Policy
Because SpaCarrie Wellness Studio is by appointment only your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call (619) 497-0776 or (619) 446-8090. If we don’t answer leave your information on our answering service.
Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our therapist with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in.
Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: More than 24 hours notice: Service will be canceled at no charge. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged. Failure to show without notice: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please allow 10 min. for parking and filling out forms. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
